Pete Krzyzanowski is a Partner at My Chicago REsource who excels at developing long standing advisory relationships with his clients so they feel comfortable leaning on him as a resource for anything Chicago or real estate related. His background as a financial advisor is key to helping his clients understand the financial concerns associated with owning, selling, buying, or renting their property. Born and raised in the Western suburbs and living in Chicago since 1998, Pete has become an expert in Chicago and all it has to offer with its widely varying neighborhoods.

Pete’s clients appreciate his straightforward transparent approach because they know they will have everything laid out in front of them so they can make a confident decision. Even after completing his Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, Pete has continued to learn and improve his skills so he can be the best advocate for his clients. In 2015, after only two years in the business, Pete earned Top Producer status through the Chicago Association of Realtors. His contributions to My Chicago REsource catapulted the team to the top 1% in 2016.

In his spare time Pete enjoys playing softball (both Chicago’s 16” version and the rest of the country’s 12” version), disc-golf, scuba diving, sailing on Lake Michigan and tailgating for Bears’ games. In the summer of 2016, Pete adopted his dog, Maude, from PAWS.
